How do I change the order of messages?

When you are on your card, click the top left 'Edit details' button, then click on the second button 'Reorder Messages'. Drag and drop messages to change the order. Once you are happy with it, click 'Update order'.

How do I reschedule my card?

After you schedule your card, you can go back onto the card and click the “Reschedule” button on the top right corner. Select the new date/time you want and save it.

How do I delete a card?

Go to the sent cards section in your Dashboard and click the trash bin next to the card you want to delete.

What if I accidentally send the card to the wrong person?

You can manually update the recipient's email by clicking the card in your Dashboard and pressing “resend”. You can manually resend the card as long as it hasn't been opened by the recipient.

Nope! That's why our platform is so convenient to use. No sign up or log in is necessary for collaborators. However, you'll get some perks if you do create an account (edit/delete your message + view the recipient's reply).

If you have an account, you can press the trash can button in the bottom corner of each message. Otherwise, you can ask the card admin to do it for you.

You can use our interactive walls for weddings as a digital guestbook, company events, memorials, other big events like milestone birthdays, or even collages. The coolest part about our walls is that instead of sending it directly to a recipient, you can share the link (or QR code), display the wall on a screen or projector during an event, and watch as messages come in.

How does the card pricing work?

It is a pay-per-card system. You start out with a free card. If you want to add more than 5 messages, you can upgrade directly from your card. Depending on the card, you will get more features such as access to more themes, more backgrounds, custom backgrounds, a PDF download for the recipient, video uploads, and more. Choose between Essential, Premium, and Enterprise based on your needs.

How do Token Packs work?

If you know you'll be sending lots of cards, you can purchase a token pack. They come in packs of 10, 20, or 30 tokens, with savings of up to 30%. Essential cards have a value of 1 token, Premium cards have a value of 4 tokens, and Enterprise cards have a value of 12 tokens. You'll be able to use these tokens to pay once you are ready to upgrade your card. Please note that tokens are non-refundable and cannot be used to purchase walls.

Our interactive walls are easy to make. Start by creating a new wall and entering in some quick info. Choose a background and make customizations through the Edit details button on the top left corner of the wall. If you'd like to add more than 5 messages and unlock features, do not forget to upgrade before your event. Share the link or print out the QR code to get others to add their messages. Click on View as… and choose either our Live Feed view or Slideshow view to display during your event. And that's it!
